Application is the first step in our hiring process. It is your opportunity to tell us all about yourself. We want to hear about your latest accomplishments and how your specific skills could be applied to a position at Sourcewiz. Please, make sure not to highlight just your duties but accomplishments and project you’re proud of. After you have sent in your resume and answered a few questions relevant to the role, a member of the talent team will check out your application.
The purpose of this virtual interview is to get to know you and your superpowers better and give you a chance to ask questions. This interview lasts around 30-45 minutes. Interview questions cover what you have achieved so far and help us learn more about your skills, capabilities, experience level, and fit for the role. Remember that your interview is an opportunity for you to get to know us too, so feel free to ask any question you might have.
After this meeting, we send you a follow-up via email to cover other questions in a written manner and let you know about the next steps
If we find that you might be a fit, we give you a chance to speak to the relevant/experienced person from the team for skill assessment. This 1-hour conversation is a chance to get to know each other better and see if you would be excited to work together. It also allows you to learn more about Sourcewiz, to understand your work.
At the end of our recruitment process, you’ll meet our co-founders. During this 1-hour conversation, you can learn about Sourcewiz’s culture, values, vision and mission. It is usually the final conversation about the role.
After your interviews with the hiring team and the co-founders, we bring everything together from your application and interviews and review it. If we see that you are the best fit for our team, we will reach out to you with an offer, and hopefully, we’ll be welcoming you to the team.
